It truly is the most wonderful time of year! We are in full swing with Christmas right now and will be spending Christmas Day with family, eating yummy food and exchanging gifts. Holidays are a time for tradition and one of my favorites is that every year we make an overnight casserole the night before, pop it in the oven on Christmas morning and then it is ready to eat after all the presents have been opened. All the prep work and dishes were done the night before and that means more relaxing and more time for fun in the morning!
