Blueberry Lemon Cake Overnight Oats

Makes 4 servings



  1. 1 cup blueberries
  2. 1 banana
  3. 2 cups old fashioned oats
  4. 6 oz plain greek yogurt, 0%
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 2 tbsp lemon curd
  7. 2 tbsp blueberry jam
  8. 1 cup skim milk


  1. Slice the banana.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients.
  3. Divide into jars and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
