Tropical Mango Salsa

Tropical mango salsa is so tasty with freshly baked tortilla chips or piled onto a refreshing summer salad! Tossed in a citrus splash of lime juice, with flecks of red onion and cilantro throughout, this recipe is balanced perfectly with flavor. At only 47 calories per half cup (that's a lot of salsa) it's a guilt-free side or snack!

INGREDIENTS

½ c red onion, diced
1½ c fresh mango, about 2 mangos, diced
¼  c cilantro, chopped
1-2 tbsp lime juice, about 1 lime

Pinch of salt

 

DIRECTIONS

1)  Peel and dice fresh mangos. Dice red onion.

2) Chop fresh cilantro and juice 1 lime.

3) Mix all ingredients together and add a pinch of salt.
